RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To request a return or exchange please follow this link.
Stoffa.co accepts exchanges or returns for a refund within ten days of receipt of the order. Returned merchandise must be free from any condition that would prevent it from being sold as new (including, but not limited to, wear, damage, stain, odor, or alteration). The original invoice, packaging, and tags must accompany the returned goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of a return for a refund or an exchange shipped from outside the contiguous United States please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
*The following items are final sale and ineligible for return or exchange: (a) made-to-measure clothing; (b) furniture; (c) archive sale pieces; (d) customized products; (e) limited edition prints.
**All vintage, one-of-a-kind, and ceramic items are eligible for exchange or return for store credit only and cannot be returned for a refund.

REFUNDS
We appreciate your patience while your refund is being processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s), and the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. It can take between five and ten business days for a credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

EXCHANGES
We appreciate your patience while your exchange is being processed. Once your original order is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s), and the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If your exchange is approved, you will receive confirmation and a tracking number once your new item has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please allow up to 3 business days for your new item to be shipped.
