SHIPPING

We offer free ground shipping in the continental United States of America. (5-7 business days)

Expedited shipping and shipping to other territories is available at an additional cost that is highlighted during the check out process.

For all international orders:
• Customers will receive their purchases in 4-8 business days after their order has been accepted. (unless otherwise stated)
• Delivery between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.


For all our other long distance customers we offer a special flat shipping rate of $50 for all orders above $500. To view our subsidized shipping offers for select countries, click here.

In case of international orders, all customs charges incurred during the fulfillment process are the responsibility of the customer.


RETURNS


We really hope that you enjoy your purchased product as much as we enjoyed creating it. However, if you would like to return your purchase for a refund or exchange, please follow the following steps so that we can process your request efficiently.

• The return must be requested within 10 days of having received the item.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

• To initiate your return, please email customercare@stoffa.co with "Return Request for Order Number (Your Order Number)" in the subject line. Please also mention the reason for return/exchange in the body of the email. Wait for our reply with the Return Authorization Number and Shipping Label.

• Please note that all shipping charges for return orders are non-refundable.

• Refunds will be processed within 7 - 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

• Due to limited quantities all pre-orders can only be exchanged or returned for store credit.
